The company is looking for a Marketing- Business Development personnel to continue the successful growth and direction of its core business areas.

Your task will be to determine a marketing and business development strategy and implementing this within the overall business plan.

Managing all operational marketing and business development activities for specific business areas, including retail and wholesale divisions. Identifying marketing and business development opportunities and coordinating and implementing activities to meet agreed targets and within agreed budgets.

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate all sales and marketing activities including:

Management of contract and in-house designers (artwork, software)

Organisation of regular mail shots (email and post)

Production of brochures, flyers, posters

Management of contact database

Support of UK and overseas sales staff

Coordination of exhibitions

Assist in product design

Supervision of marketing assistant

We are planning to open and operate international offices in USA, Australia, New Zealand and Bangladesh. This is a new position and could lead to significant advancement for the right candidate – including involvement in overseas activities.

Candidates will have a related degree or degree and post-graduate qualification, with 4–6 years marketing and business development experience within a professional organisation. Candidates with Financial background will be preferred.

Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
